At Hauxley Group, we provide comprehensive Contract Administration services to the construction and civil engineering sectors, supporting our clients from project inception through to final completion with a structured, diligent, and commercially focused approach. We act as a central point of coordination between employers, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders, ensuring that contractual obligations are clearly understood and properly administered in accordance with the chosen form of contract. Our services include preparing and issuing contract documentation, managing change control procedures, assessing and certifying interim valuations, reviewing contractor submissions, administering extensions of time, and monitoring compliance with programme and quality requirements. We maintain robust record-keeping and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate risk, minimise the potential for disputes, and protect our clients’ commercial position.
In addition, we can incorporate CDM advisory services within our commission, undertaking the role of Principal Designer where required under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. In this capacity, we plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate health and safety during the pre-construction phase, ensuring that risks are identified, eliminated, or controlled so far as reasonably practicable. We coordinate the design team to ensure compliance with CDM duties, facilitate effective communication between designers and contractors, and oversee the preparation and collation of pre-construction information and the health and safety file. By integrating Contract Administration and Principal Designer responsibilities, we provide a cohesive and streamlined service that enhances compliance, strengthens risk management, and supports the safe, efficient delivery of construction and civil engineering projects in line with agreed scope, cost, time, quality, and statutory requirements.
