In addition, we can incorporate CDM advisory services within our commission, undertaking the role of Principal Designer where required under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. In this capacity, we plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate health and safety during the pre-construction phase, ensuring that risks are identified, eliminated, or controlled so far as reasonably practicable. We coordinate the design team to ensure compliance with CDM duties, facilitate effective communication between designers and contractors, and oversee the preparation and collation of pre-construction information and the health and safety file. By integrating Contract Administration and Principal Designer responsibilities, we provide a cohesive and streamlined service that enhances compliance, strengthens risk management, and supports the safe, efficient delivery of construction and civil engineering projects in line with agreed scope, cost, time, quality, and statutory requirements.
