Dale Court – Window & Door Replacement

The project required careful consideration of the building’s listed status, the logistical challenges of a constrained town-centre location, and the need to minimise disruption to residents, many of whom were elderly or vulnerable. The works included comprehensive site surveys and asbestos checks, the removal of existing windows and doors, the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, managed waste removal, the installation of new windows and doors, and the completion of all relevant certification, including FENSA compliance.
