Low Temperature Hot Water Replacement Scheme

The project was delivered in a live nursing home which is home to over 300 people. The work was co-ordinated around residents which required careful and concise organisation to avoid any disrupting and down time during service changeovers.

Hauxley Group managed the project from concept to Practical completion and provided the following services to Joesph Rowntree Housing Trust – Drafting scope, co-ordinating design, procurement of Main Contractor, pre construction services, tender analysis, contract advice and negotiation, cost control, change management to final account.
