About this Project
This project involved the construction of a large-scale car parking and infrastructure scheme designed to accommodate 800 vehicles.
The works included approximately 12,000m² of earthworks, comprising cut and fill operations to achieve the required formation levels, along with the installation of 1,500 linear metres of surface water drainage. A geocellular water attenuation system totalling 1,000m³ was installed to manage surface water runoff in line with sustainable drainage requirements.
The scheme also included the construction and surfacing of 11,000m² of permeable car parking bays, 4,000m² of new carriageway and access roads, and 600 linear metres of security fencing. Final works included the installation of lighting infrastructure and road markings, delivering a fully serviced, compliant, and operational parking facility.
