New Build 2 storey school extension procured via SCAPE for Northern Education Trust and delivered via a NEC 4 Option A Building Contract.
Our services included Project Management, Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management from concept to Practical completion.
The project included classrooms, WC’s, dining facilities, plant room and external works.
Hauxley Group provided services for the full life cycle of the project on behalf of Northern Education. This included procurement of Main Contractor, planning, pre construction services, tender analysis, contract advice and negotiation, cost control, change management to final account.
