About Hauxley Groups Pre-Construction Services
We offer detailed measurement and take-off services, preparing accurate Bills of Quantities in accordance with SMM7, NRM, and the Highway Works Method of Measurement (HWMoM). Our team prices bills of quantities using rates built up from first principles to ensure transparent and robust cost certainty. We manage the full subcontractor procurement process, providing competitive tendering and commercial advice, and support value engineering initiatives to optimise cost without compromising quality or performance. In addition, we undertake design gap analysis to identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks at an early stage of the project.
