Acting as Principal Contractor, we plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate the construction phase to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, maintaining robust site management procedures, clear communication channels, and effective coordination of all contractors and stakeholders.
In our role as Principal Designer, we lead and manage health and safety during the pre-construction phase, coordinating the design team to identify, eliminate, and control risks at source, ensuring that statutory duties are met and that comprehensive pre-construction information and health and safety files are properly developed and maintained. Our CDM advisory services support clients in understanding and discharging their legal responsibilities, embedding practical risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
