About this Project
Rotherham Markets Redevelopment comprises the construction of all associated substructure and superstructure elements, including foundations and reinforced concrete slabs at both ground-bearing and upper floor levels
The works also include the installation of below-ground drainage systems and service ducting, together with the construction of the reinforced concrete frame to support the new market & library facility. In addition, the scope incorporates external works such as hard landscaping, paving, and service connections to the Public Realm, as well as Section 278 works to deliver the required highway alterations and improvements, ensuring safe and compliant access to the redeveloped site.
